The location of this place is fantastic, very quiet and close to a bus stop and the autoroute. I had a fantastic 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The hotel was in a magnificent location, in old town of Rouen. It was also not far from motorways, Spain, and the north-eastern outskirts of Rouen. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with homemade cake and a variety of options. the view of the beautiful surroundings adds to the pleasant ambiance. there is off, street secure parking and a separate guest lounge.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, and I couldn't recommend it more.

My 1 night in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier were fairly nice! Had the queen room and it was tastefully decorated and absolutely gorgeous with a lovely large bathroom. A fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave were good. Prime and convenient location in the old town of Rouen, met standards.

Well-maintained property and friendly staff 😊 The rooms are a good size and come with private bathrooms. There's also a lovely mature garden for the kids to play in. The rate of £64 is quite reasonable and overall satisfying.

We had a delightful stay at this lovely house. The hosts, Alberto & Simona, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. They even went out of their way to make us a delicious gluten-free supper upon special request. The value we got for our money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with interesting art and objects. The location was convenient, not far off the motorway, with secure parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our one-year-old son. They even cooked us a wonderful Italian dinner with homemade herbal liqueur.

One small suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to have tea/coffee-making facilities in the room for added convenience.
